It is available for self catering holiday hire on a weekly basis or for short breaks at off peak times.

Ground floor: Lounge, Kitchen Dinning Room, Utility Room, and  cloak room.Utility room equipped with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Kitchen equipped with electric fan assisted oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, and a great selection of crockery, glasses and cookware. Lounge fitted with a wood burning stove (fuel not supplied) and TV DVD player. The property also benefits from a Telephone, fibre to cabinet broadband and WIFI connection.

First Floor: Family Bathroom with shower over bath, 3 Bedrooms, which can be configured as 2 Double / Twin and a single, (Please specify your requirements when booking). All bedding provided apart from cot, please bring your own towels and face flannels.

Outside: Good size garden, mainly grass, with small patio and chairs, parking and EV changer.

Note: No Smoking in the house and No Pets allowed on site.
